Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency

for:	consent to discharge sewage effluent in an emergency

at National Grid Reference:	SS9542596978
from:	a Combined Sewer Overflow at River Terrace, Treorchy, Rhondda (Opposite the Mechanics garage on River Terrace)
