Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company, Third Floor, 3 Field Court, Grey’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF, on 27 April 2007, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the Meetings an account of the winding-up and to consider the following Resolutions, that the Liquidator be granted his release, that the Liquidator’s report be approved, and that the Liquidator’s receipts and payment account be approved.
