Notice is given that the limited partnership previously subsisting between (1) Paradigm Norton Financial Planning Limited (as general partner) and (2) Norton Partners Consultancy Limited (as limited partner) carrying on an independent financial advisory business under the style or firm name of Norton Partners (registration number LP010204) whose registered office was at The Granary, Tickenham Court, Tickenham, Bristol BS21 6SX has been dissolved as from 24 January 2007. All debts due to and owing by the said late partnership will be received and paid respectively by Paradigm Norton Financial Planning Limited which shall continue the business of the partnership. Paradigm Norton Financial Planning Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
