Notice of Intended Dividends

Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the Joint Liquidators propose declaring a Dividend to the preferential and unsecured Creditors of the Company. The last date for proving debts against the Company is 31 March 2007, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Kroll Limited, 134 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2ES, the Joint Liquidator of the Company.
