House of Lords, London SW1A 0PW Her Majesty The Queen has been graciously pleased by Licence under Her Royal Sign Manual bearing date the 31st January 2007 to give and grant unto Gerard Amaury Arnaud March Phillipps de Lisle Her Majesty’s Royal Licence and Authority that he may bear and use the Arms of Lisle (otherwise de Lisle) quarterly in the first and fourth quarters with those of Phillipps in the second quarter and March in the third quarter, together with the crests of the families of Lisle (otherwise de Lisle) Phillipps and March: the said Armorial Bearings being first duly exemplified according to the Laws of Arms and recorded in Her Majesty’s College of Arms. And The Queen has further been graciously pleased in the aforesaid Licence to give and grant unto Frederick Phillipe March Phillipps de Lisle and Peter Andrew March Phillipps de Lisle the two adopted sons of the said Gerard Amaury Arnaud March Phillipps de Lisle Her Majesty’s Royal Licence and Authority that they may bear and use with appropriate distinctions the aforesaid Armorial Bearings to be borne and used by them and their descendants: the said Armorial Bearings being first duly exemplified according to the Laws of Arms and recorded in Her Majesty’s College of Arms. And to signify Her Royal Will and Pleasure that the said Royal Concession and Declaration be recorded in Her Majesty’s College of Arms otherwise this Royal Licence and Permission shall be of none effect.
