THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) AMENDMENT (NO. 8) ORDER 2007

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to further amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2006 so that:
(a) waiting restrictions apply in certain lengths of Ashcombe Street between Settrington Road and Wandsworth Bridge Road; Beltran Road between Settrington Road and No. 51 Beltran Road; Chiddingstone Street between Studdridge Street and New King’s Road; Chipstead Street between Studdridge Street and New King’s Road; Quarrendon Street between Studdridge Street and New King’s Road; Woolneigh Street between Settrington Road and south-western extremity; Woolneigh Street between Settrington Road and Wandsworth Bridge Road;
(b) waiting restrictions will be revoked in Ashcombe Street; Beltran Road; Chiddingstone Street; Chipstead Street; Quarrendon Street; Woolneigh Street;
(c) loading restrictions apply in certain lengths of Baron’s Court Road north-west side from its junction with North End Road south-westward for a distance of 18.00 metres;
(d) loading restrictions will be revoked in Baron’s Court Road.
3. A copy of the proposed order and the plans which show the location and effects of the Order, and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, can be inspected at the address below between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.
4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed order or make representations should send a statement in writing of the objection and the grounds on which it is made within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published to:
