AUTHORISATION OF INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS

Take note that I, Wendy Mary Sharpe (formerly known as Monaghan née Roberts) of Bond Partners LLP, Suite 2, 1st Floor, Turnpike Gate House, Birmingham Road, Alcester B49 5JG, intend to apply to the Secretary of State under provision of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner. Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted, within 28 days of publication of this notice, communicate such reason to the Department of Trade and Industry, 5th Floor West, Ladywood House, 45-46 Stephenson Street, Birmingham B2 4UZ.
