Notice is hereby given that Geoffrey Michael Weisgard was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of Paul Darren Joinson on 11 January 2007. The Creditors of the above- named Bankrupt are required, on or before 27 February 2007, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Geoffrey Michael Weisgard, of Mitchell Charlesworth, 6th Floor, Brazennose House West, Brazennose, Street, Manchester M2 5FE, the Trsutee in Bankruptcy of the above-named, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Under section 296(5) of the Insolvency Act 1986, as amended, I can advise you that it is not my intention to convene a Meeting to seek the appointment of a Creditors Committee.
