Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company, Third Floor, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF on 27 February 2007 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the Meetings an account of the winding-up and considering the following resolutions, that the Liquidator be granted his release as Liquidator; also the Liquidator’s receipts and payments be approved and that the Liquidator’s report be approved. A form of proxy for use at the Meeting, if desired, is available and should be lodged with the Liquidator not later than noon of the business day before the Meeting.
