Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company who have not already submitted their claims to me, are required to do so by no later than Tuesday 20 February 2007, or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made. Claims should be sent to me at Portland Business & Financial Solutions Ltd, 1640 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 7AH. It is my intention to pay a First and Final Dividend to Creditors who have submitted their claims, within 4 months from the date shown above.
