HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 116 AND SCHEDULE TWELVE

Notice is hereby given that application will be made by the County Council of Denbighshire to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at The Courthouse, Grove Road, Denbigh, on 27 February 2007, at 10.00 am, for an Order that a certain highway, being neither a trunk road nor a special road, in the Community of Ruthin described in the Schedule hereto and shown on a plan mentioned below, shall be authorised to be stopped up, for the purposes of all traffic, on the ground that it is unnecessary. The plan mentioned above may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the offices of the County Clerk (room 2.70), County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin. Schedule 68 square metres forming part of the highway known as Lon Parcwr comprising the access to the former Council Car Park (now Tesco Stores).
