Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a Dividend to unsecured Creditors herein within a period of 4 months from the last date for proving. Creditors of the above-named Company, which is in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation are required, on or before 15 February 2007, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Charles Howard Ranby-Gorwood, of CRG Insolvency & Financial Recovery, Alexandra Dock Business Centre, Fisherman’s Wharf, Grimsby DN31 1UL, the Liquidator of the said Company, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
