NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Southern Water Services Ltd, for variation to consent COPA/411, to discharge 27,607 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to River Thames at National Grid Ref TQ 6187 7492, from Northfleet Wastewater Treatment Works, Springhead Road, Northfleet, Kent DA11 8HS.
