(formerly The Formation Creative Consultants Limited) Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of Echelon Graphics Limited, formerly The Formation Creative Consultants Limited, will be held at the offices of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9HY, on 22 February 2007, at 3.15 pm and 3.30 pm respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company had been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be retuned to the offices of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9HY, by no later than 12.00 noon on 21 February 2007.
