The Meetings are called, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Joint Liquidators to present an account showing the manner in which the windings-up of the Companies have been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that they may consider necessary.
