Notice of Dividends

LITOPIA CORPORATION LIMITED

I hereby give notice that I intend to pay a First and Final Dividend to the non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company. All Creditors who have not proved their debt should do so on or before Friday, 26 January 2007. It is my intention to declare a Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving.
