Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, on 15 January 2007, at 1.00 pm, followed at 1.15 pm by a Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at the address shown above no later than 12.00 noon on 12 January 2007.
