Notice is given that an application will be made to the Magistrates sitting at Walsall and Aldridge Magistrates’ Court, Stafford Street, Walsall, West Midlands WS2 8HA, on Monday 22 January 2007, at 9.45 am, for an Order that part of the highway known as Slaters Place, Pleck, Walsall, West Midlands, the location of which is indicated on a plan which may be inspected, free of charge, at the One Stop Shop, Civic Centre, Darwall Street, Walsall, West Midlands WS1 1DG, at all reasonable times, shall be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary and no longer needed for public use.
