(all in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation) Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of the Companies will be held at Frimley Business Park, Camberley, Surrey GU16 7SR, on 29 December 2006, at 10.00 am, 10.15 am, 10.30 am, 10.45 am, 11.00 am, 11.15 am and 11.30 am respectively, to consider and if thought fit to pass the following Resolutions as an Ordinary Resolution and as an Extraordinary Resolution respectively, that the Joint Liquidators’ statement of account for the period of the liquidation be approved and that the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of as the Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention. A Member of the Companies entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Companies.
