HIGHWAY ADJACENT TO 33 BUCKLAND ROAD, PARKSIDE, STAFFORD
THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (County of Staffordshire) (No.15) Order 2006” authorising the stopping up of Highway adjacent to 33 Buckland Road, Parkside, Stafford. THE ORDER as made, will authorise the Stopping Up only to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by Stafford Borough Council on 21st July 2004 under reference 03/00821/FUL. Copies of this Order may be obtained, free of charge on application to the Government Office for the West Midlands, Northern Division, 5 St Philips Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2PW (quoting reference: NPT/T/5074/82749) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Offices, Riverside, Stafford. ANY person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of the 14th December 2006 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provisions contained therein.
