Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s final report of the liquidation, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meetings will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens LLP, Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Maritime, Kent ME4 4QU, on Thursday 11 January 2007, at 2.10 pm and 2.15 pm respectively. Forms of proxy must be lodged with me no later than Wednesday 10 January 2007 at 12.00 noon to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed claim form if you have not already lodged one).
