THE HILLINGDON (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO 1) TRAFFIC ORDER 1991 (AMENDMENT NO 1) 2006

BREAKSPEAR ROAD SOUTH, ICKENHAM

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 7 December 2006 it made this Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose a 30 mph speed restriction on the length of Breakspear Road South which lies between its junction with Swakeleys Road and a point 90 metres north of said junction. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 14 December 2006, can be seen at Ickenham Library and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Order can be obtained from Environment and Consumer Protection Group, telephone 01895 277014. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
