Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Gibson Hewitt, 5 Park Court, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD, on Wednesday 31 January 2007, at 10.00 am. The Meeting will be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors at 10.30 am, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at the address shown above not later than the close of the previous day.
