Notice is hereby given that a Petition was, on 9 November 2006, presented to Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice for the confirmation of the reduction of share capital of the above-named Company from £1,506,250 divided into 506,350 Ordinary Shares of £1 each and 999,900 Redeemable Ordinary Shares of £1 each to £166,536 divided into 166,536 Ordinary Shares of £1 each by cancelling and extinguishing in full 339,814 Ordinary Shares of £1 each and all 999,900 Redeemable Ordinary Shares.
And notice is further given that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry, The Court House, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG, on 15 December 2006, at 10.30 am.
Any Creditor or Shareholder of the said Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for the confirmation of the said reduction of share capital should appear at the time of the hearing in person or by Counsel for that purpose.
A copy of the said Petition will be furnished to any person requiring the same by the Company Solicitor, whose address appears below, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
