Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kroll, Wellington Plaza, 31 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4DL, on 28 December 2006, at 12.00 noon, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting, that the Joint Liquidators’ receipts and payments account to 27 November 2006 and final report be approved and that the Joint Liquidators be released from office. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor.
