(Registered Number LP010500) Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Predica Assurances de Personnes has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of 300 to Caceis Bank acting in its capacity of custodian bank for FCPR Predica 2005 and Caceis Bank was admitted as a Limited Partner in the Partnership and Predica Assurances de Personnes ceased to be a Partner in the Partnership.
