Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 201 Dyke Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 1TL, on 12 January 2007, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, and to determine whether the Liquidator shall have his release under section 174 of the said Act. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding day.
