Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1a) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I, Manubhai Govindbhai Mistry, of Mistry Associates Ltd, 51 Oldham Road, Ashton under Lyne OL6 7DF, the Trustee of the above-named estate, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors within 4 months of 15 December 2006, the last date for proving. The Creditors of the estate are required, on or before 15 December 2006, to submit their proof of debt to the Trustee, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
