THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (WOOD LANE) (BUS LANE) (AMENDMENT NO 4) ORDER 2006

1. Notice is hereby given, that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the above-named Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general effect of the above Order will be to amend The Hammersmith and Fulham (Wood Lane) (Bus Lane) (No 354) Order 2002, by increasing an existing length of bus lane as set out in the Schedule to this notice. 3. A copy of the Order and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Order was made, at the offices of Network Management Group, Highways and Engineering Division, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under that Act, has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
