Notice is given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company and a Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Nottingham Watson Ltd., 15 Highfield Road, Hall Green, Birmingham B28 0EL, on 6 December 2006, at 10.15 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealers and of the conduct of the winding-up, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
