NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Guildford Borough Council for consent S/WR 2570 to discharge 7 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to ground via a soakaway at National Grid Ref TQ 0609 4520, from 1-7 Kingsfield, Farley Green, near Albury, Surrey GU5 9ED.
The application is to provide the properties at 1-7 Kingsfield, Farley Green, near Albury, Surrey with the facility to discharge treated sewage effluent into the ground via a soakaway.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Robin Leivers, the Environment Agency, Swift House, Frimley Business Park, Camberley, Surrey GU16 7SQ, not later than 8 December 2006, quoting Ref S/WR 2570.
Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency address above between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays.)
