Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that I, William Paxton, the Liquidator of the above-named Company intend to declare a Dividend to the unsecured Creditors within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Last Day for Receiving Proofs—22 November 2006. Creditors who have not yet done so are required on or before the above date, to send in their proofs of debt, with supporting documentation, to me at Robson Laidler LLP, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ. A Creditor who has not proved their debt by the specified date is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the Dividend so declared.
