Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Tenon Recovery, Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland SR5 3JN, on Wednesday 6 December 2006, at 11.15 am, to be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors at 11.30 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at the above address no later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 5 December 2006.
