ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991

LEEDS CITY COUNCIL (WATERLOO STREET, LEEDS 10) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE AND TRAFFIC) ORDER 2006

Notice is hereby given that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the undermentioned highway, (construction work is to be undertaken to Brewery Wharf), Leeds City Council intends in not less than 21 days from the date of this notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be: 1. No person shall proceed along northerly footway on Waterloo Street from its junction with Kendell Street for approximately 80 metres in a westerly direction; and 2. A one-way traffic flow will be introduced in a westerly direction along Waterloo Street from its junction with Kendell Street to its junction with Hunslet Road. A diversionary route for both pedestrians and vehicles will be signposted on site. The Order will come into operation on Monday 27 November 2006, and will remain in force for as long as is necessary. It is envisaged that the works will be completed by 31 October 2008.
