Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 17 October 2006, SAAD Investments Company Limited retired as a Limited Partner in CCP VI Auxiliary Fund LP No. 1 (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP6497, and transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to SAAD Investments Finance Company (No. 5) Limited.
