Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG, on 16 November 2006, at 12.30 pm, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s final report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator shall have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding day.
