Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of Brighton Hotels Limited will be held at the offices of Tenon Recovery, Lyndean House, 43-46 Queens Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 3XB, on 24 November 2006, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 94(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member entitled to vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a Member. I Cadlock, Liquidator 11 October 2006.
