PURA GROUP SUPPLEMENTARY (COMP) PENSION PLAN

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Pura Group Money Purchase Pension Plan and the Pura Group Supplementary (COMP) Pension Plan are winding-up. Any person having a claim against, or an interest in, one or more of these Schemes is required to send written particulars to the Trustees c/o Mrs F C Bradshaw, SBJ Benefit Consultants Limited, Manor House, 1 The Crescent, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8DH, before 31 December 2006. After 31 December 2006, the Trustees will deal with the assets of each Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior written notice and will not, in respect of the assets being dealt with, be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to that date. If you have already received notification of the winding-up of the Pura Group Money Purchase Pension Plan or the Pura Group Supplementary (COMP) Pension Plan from the Trustees you do not need to respond to this notice as the Trustees are already aware of your entitlement to benefits under the respective Scheme.
