Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
CONSULTANT SERVICES GROUP LIMITED STAFF PENSION SCHEME
(“The Plan”)
This notice is given by the Trustees of the Plan, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee
Act 1925.
The Trustees are winding-up the Plan in which Consultant Services Group Limited,
whose business was last conducted at Administration Centre, Station Lane, Heckmondwike,
West Yorkshire WF16 0NF, participated.
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against, or an interest in,
the Plan is requested to send particulars in writing of that claim or interest on
or before 25 November 2006, to Mercer Human Resource Consulting (EB) Ltd, 1 Whitehall,
Leeds LS1 4HR.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and, if applicable,
details of when they worked for the Company named above. Please quote the Plan name
in all correspondence.
After 1 December 2006 the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Trust
amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests
of which the Trustees shall then have had notice and the Trustees will not be liable,
as regards the assets of the Trust or any part thereof so distributed, to any person
of whose claim or interest they have not then had notice.
Any person who has already been contacted by the Trustees or who has already made
a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustees.
