THE BELOIT WALMSLEY PENSION TRUST
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in the Beloit Walmsley Pension Trust Fund (“the Trust”) set up by Walmsleys (Bury) Limited on 16 September 1937 to secure payment of pensions granted to some of the Company’s employees, and having no relation to any of the Harnischfeger Industries Schemes, are required to send particulars in writing of any such claim or interest to the Trustees (“Barclays Bank Trust Company Limited”), c/o the Company’s Joint Administrators, W K Dawson and A M Martin, at Deloitte and Touche LLP, PO Box 500, 201 Deansgate, Manchester M60 2AT, on or before 10 December 2006, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Trust to the Company having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice in respect of the assets of the Trust or any part of them so distributed. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from this Trust, or who have received correspondence relating to the Trust from the Trustees.
