THE HEATHROW AIRPORT LIMITED (24 HOUR CLEARWAY) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2006

ADDITION OF WRIGHT WAY, THE N3 CAR PARK ACCESS ROAD ADJOINING WRIGHT WAY AND THE NATIONAL CAR RENTAL (LONGFORD) ACCESS ROAD ADJOINING THE WESTERN PERIMETER ROAD

Notice is hereby given that Heathrow Airport Limited (being a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA plc), has made an Order under sections 6 and 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, having effect by virtue of sections 1, 2 and 65 of the Airports Act 1986.
This Order will come into effect on 7 September 2006, and the effect of the Order is as described in the proposal notice published in The London Gazette issue dated 2 August 2006.
A copy of the Order, a plan illustrating the proposals and a statement of reasons may be inspected between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday, at the offices of the General Manager, Commercial Transport Team, Heathrow Airport Limited, Second Floor, World Business Centre 2, Newall Road, Heathrow Airport, Hayes, Middlesex TW6.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application to the High Court.
