Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above Company intends to declare and distribute a First and Final Dividend to non-preferential Creditors within the period of 4 months from the last date for proving mentioned below.
