(Company Number 02836727) (t/a Artline Solutions at 365 London Road, Hemel Hempstead HP3 9AL) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above Company intends to declare and distribute a First and Final Dividend to unsecured, non-preferential Creditors within the period of 4 months from the last date for proving mentioned below. Every person claiming to be a Creditor of the above-named Company is required, on or before 15 September 2006, which is the last date for proving, to submit his proof of debt to the Liquidator, Timothy John Hargreaves, at T H Associates, Towngate House, 116-118 Towngate, Leyland, Lancashire PR25 2LQ, and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last day for proving mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend or any other Dividend declared before that debt is proved.
