Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 28 October 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 19 July 2006, by Joanne Katherine Bould, of 9 Marsh House Lane, Darwen BB3 3SA, the person having parental responsibility for Jake Oliver Gillard and Owen Scott Gillard, who are 3 years old and 4 years old, single and are British citizens by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names of Jake Oliver Gillard and Owen Scott Gillard and assumed in lieu thereof the names of JAKE OLIVER BOULD and OWEN SCOTT BOULD. 19 July 2006.
