STOPPING-UP OF MEADOW ROAD, GRAVESEND

I am giving notice that the Kent County Council proposes to make an application to the Magistrates sitting at the Dartford Magistrates Court, Sessions House, Highfield Road, Dartford, Kent DA1 2JW, on Friday 15 September 2006, at 10.00 am, for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 to extinguish highway rights on the grounds that they are unnecessary on Meadow Road, Gravesend, from its junction with Springhead Road as shown hatched black on the plan on deposit.
