In the Matter of DENE BUILDING SERVICES
(hereinafter referred to as “the Partnership”)
and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994

Petitions to wind up Dene Building Services, presented on 27 June 2006 by Magnet Limited, of Alington Way, Yarm Road Business Park, Darlington DL1 4XT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at Liverpool County Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 8BX, on 4 September 2006, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 1 September 2006.
