A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of: Determining whether he should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and that the Liquidator’s remuneration, already drawn on the Official Receiver scale, be approved in the amount of £1,211.68. The Meeting will be held at 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 9TB, on 22 September 2006, at 10.00 am.
