I, being the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare and distribute a Final Dividend in the above matter. Creditors who have not proved their claims in the liquidation by 11 September 2006 will be excluded from the Dividend. It is intended that a Dividend will be declared within 4 months of the above date, being the last date for receiving proofs of debt in this matter.
