A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator and of the conduct of the winding-up under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and determining whether the Liquidator shall have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
