In the Wolverhampton County Court  No 59 of 1995 SARWAN SINGH JAGDEV Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtor are required, on or before 8 September 2006 to lodge a proof of debt along with supporting evidence of their claim to the undersigned Mark Jonathan Botwood of Muras Baker Jones, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton WV1 4EG, the Trustee of the said Debtor, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Trustee, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice.
